excellent location reasonable price unacceptable response towel station

The location was excellent. The ocean was suitable for swimming during high tide hours. I liked that there were other restaurants near the hotel, easily accessible via the beach. The drinks were reasonably priced. I found this to be great.

The staff did not provide information about the towel station. The response time for plumbing issues was not acceptable. I lost water four times. It was disappointing, I thought it could have been managed more efficiently, though.

Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks

clean room friendly staff misleading advertisement unprofessional manager

The grounds were maintained beautifully. The rooms were spacious and very clean too. The entire staff was cute, friendly, and professional. Maria and Gen provided special attentions to details .

The online advertisement felt misleading. I ended up paying more than expected. the front desk manager was not very professional, arguing assertively.
